The account stores your email, a display name, a password hash, and, if you set it, whether you are a woman or a man. Chats, a short note of facts you tell a companion, photo and clip prompts, and the finished files are stored for that account.

If you list yourself on Online Companion, the account also stores who you are looking for, a stated age, a short bio, a portrait, and the time you last opened that part of the site. Messages you send to another member stay on Heatwhisper. They are not sent to the chat provider. A portrait, a Companion Plus photo, and a chat photo are sent to the chat provider so a picture that appears to show someone under 18 can be refused before it is saved. Photos and clips you send in that chat are stored for the two of you. A live call is not recorded and is not stored. A tip or an unlock moves coins between the two wallets on this site.

If you list yourself on Companion Dating, the account stores the town, how far you will travel, the age window, whether you are free today, a short line, and the messages in that chat. A street address is not stored. Those rows are removed when the account is deleted.

If you publish a Companion Plus page, the account stores the bio, the monthly coin price, the posts, and who followed or opened them. Those files are removed when the account is deleted. If you go live on Companion Live, the account stores the room line, the coin price, the tip goal, the room chat, and who was in the room. The camera is not recorded and is not stored. Watch coins and tips move between wallets on this site. Those rows are removed when the account is deleted.

Chat text with an AI companion is sent to the chat provider so a reply can be written. Photo and clip prompts are sent to the image provider so a file can be made. When the age check is connected, that provider returns a pass or a fail and a reference. The site stores the time of a pass and that reference. It does not ask you to upload a face photo to use as an AI character.

The age check is done by Didit. Didit receives a face photo so it can estimate age, and an identity document only when that estimate is close to 18. Heatwhisper keeps the time of a pass and Didit’s session reference. It does not keep the face photo or the document.

Subscriptions and coin packs are paid through Stripe. Stripe confirms the payment. This site does not store the card number. A member who cashes out coins sets up a Stripe payout account. Stripe collects the identity and bank details for that payout. This site keeps Stripe’s account reference, not the bank account number.

Delete the account from the account page to remove the login, the chats, the Online Companion listing, the Companion Dating listing, the Companion Plus page, the Companion Live room, and the notes and files tied to it.
